Join Ahava for your weekly dose of Egyptian style oriental dance! In class you will learn technique, historical context of movements/Egyptian culture, and how to find your individuality as a dancer. Come join us in a fun and supportive class environment and learn the beautiful art of oriental dance!

Technique
Every dancer needs a solid foundation. Over the years Ahava has studied with Egyptian Master instructors, and has developed a top notch aesthetic for Egyptian dance. Her gentle yet challenging teaching style and philosophy allows students to feel comfortable and confident with their own style, and encourages them to dance to their full capabilities.  


Competition Prep
Ahava is available to help you prepare for your next big competition! Ahava has one numerous awards from 2005-2008. After winning BDOY in 2008, Ahava retired from the completion circuit and now, instead of competing on the stage, she is now judging and teaches several workshops based on competition preparation. Ahava has coached several award winning troupes, duos and solo artists for competitions.

Choreography
 Having trouble structuring your dance? Let Ahava help fill in the gaps. Ahava is well known for her musicality and choreography composition. She is available to choreograph for soloists, duets/trios or troupes. The base price for a 3 minute choreography is $250. **Please note: Price will increase based on song length. Choreographies are handed off in one meeting at the end of which, the dancer(s) is/are allowed to take a video for reference. Please be aware that there is an additional cost for a second meeting. That second meeting is essentially a private lesson. Choreographies are structured and custom made and are not taught and/or demonstrated for those other than who paid for the choreography. Price does include notes and video (as stated above). There is an extra fee for music editing.
